All orders will have a manufacturing time frame of 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) prior to the order being shipped, regardless of the shipping method selected. For orders that choose Ground, 2- Day, Overnight shipping service will be put into production within 12 hours. Outside of this time, you will not be able to change order information or cancel it.

If something you received is defective or not up to our usual standards please contact us via contact@pofily.com with a picture of the damaged item and your order number and we will gladly take a look for you to see what went wrong!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, which must be in unused and new condition.
All return shipments are shipped at your own expense.

Had a custom farm sign made (36" oval) with see through parts and it is beautiful! Exactly what I wanted to hang between two posts to be viewed from both sides.
Only reason I am giving 4 stars is because only one side was painted black, the other was gray from the unpainted steel. It would have been nice if the design team had sent a photo of each side to me when I was asked to preview the sign before ordering. I plan on spray painting that side before hanging.
Hopefully the quality of the materials are such that the sign will last for years. Time will tell. Would order from them again.
