Sizes range from 12”-36” WIDE (from left to right of the first name). The height may vary depending on the amount of letters in the name. If you need specific measurements on the height of the name please contact us first.

Each personalized sign is made to order with natural wood. Every sign is unique, both wood stain and wood grain will vary from each other and may or may not include knots, chips, small holes and cracks. The actual product color may be different than the color visible on the device screen.

We always try our best to get your package as quickly as possible
Every product is printed just for you according to your specifications of design, size, and color at our company. We don’t hold any stock, which means your items are manufactured only after you place your order.
- In production:
All orders will have a manufacturing time frame of 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) prior to the order being shipped, regardless of the shipping method selected. For orders that choose Ground, 2- Day, Overnight shipping service will be put into production within 12 hours. Outside of this time, you will not be able to change order information or cancel it.

Return Policy
Items purchased from POFILY are custom made and printed just for you. Returns cannot be offered unless the item is defective.
If something you received is defective or not up to our usual standards please contact us via contact@pofily.com with a picture of the damaged item and your order number and we will gladly take a look for you to see what went wrong!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, which must be in unused and new condition.
All return shipments are shipped at your own expense.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
