For orders that choose Ground, 2- Day, Overnight shipping service will be put into production within 12 hours. Outside of this time, you will not be able to change order information or cancel it.

If something you received is defective or not up to our usual standards please contact us via contact@pofily.com with a picture of the damaged item and your order number and we will gladly take a look for you to see what went wrong!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, which must be in unused and new condition.
All return shipments are shipped at your own expense.
